Mida is proud to announce the successful ISO 9001:2015 certification maintenance test, issued by DNV GL -one of the leading global providers of certification of the system.

The certification ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognized international standard for quality management systems (SGQ), published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). 

“System Management Quality” refers to a set of planned, coordinated and systematics activities to guide and monitor the quality organization, establishing its policy, objectives, and methods for achieving them.

The certification standard provides that the organization has a management system to meet customer expectations, achieved by providing top quality service, excellent customer support, and a constant improvement process.

Using certification helps to guarantee MIDA customers receive consistent, high-quality products and services.

It is also then true that from our perspective, operate in accordance with the directives set by  System of Quality, allow us to be more efficient and in particular:

  • contain cost, going to eliminate inefficiencies and consequently increasing profit
  • to improve the satisfaction of our customer, increasing the loyalty
  • to improve our image and credibility
  • to have complete process integration
  • to take a factual decision
  • to make continuous improvement of the company organization

We plan to continue in the course of 2020 on the path outlined, but also to insert new procedures and best practices that allow us to be even more efficient in managing business processes.
