  • Attendant service for citizens calling for information. A specific solution has been designed by Mida in order to manage both on-site and remote workers, centralized routing with distributed operators, and automated attendant with multi-language support. All are certified for visually impaired and/or blind operators, who are frequently employed in these roles.
  • Mida Call Analytics can help in granting traceability and cost control and allocating expenses between departments.
  • IP Phone services granting privacy and fraud control with a phone lock solution
  • Fax communications are often used in PA because of the formal value they provide. Mida Fax Server can optimize such communications leading to cost-saving, centralized archiving, and digitalization, as a "green" solution saving on paper and consumables. Specific integration for document registration is also available.
  • In multiutility companies, the tracing of communications is mandatory, especially in customer services for both commercial and emergency calls. Mida Contact Center implements all such features with advanced statistics and reports, call recording, and logging. Also, vertical applications may be provided (i.e. integrated dialer for overdue bills reminder, or automatic meter reading service)

HEALTHCARE: TRANSFORMING TECHNOLOGY INTO SERVICES FOR USERS

  • Almost all of our Apps are used in healthcare environments- from Attendant Console to Fax Server- in order to improve workers' efficiency and provide better services to citizens.
  • Automated attendant applications give relevant information even integrated with backend thus lighten workload to human operators. A complete multi-service platform and optimized attendant console allow implementing several services with a centralized (and optimized) routing management, even with distributed operators, possibly also working from home.
  • Overbooking is critical for hospitals since it generates very low efficiency and dramatic long waiting times for the citizen to access a specific service (visit, exam,..). Mida implemented an automated dialer that can be integrated with booking databases in order to call for confirmation thus granting full coverage of time slots, improving efficiency, and shortening end-user waiting times.
  • Modern Hospitals offer value-added services to patients, such as fixed telephony at the bedside. Mida Call Analytics has been used in order to track telephone traffic and possibly bill the patient accordingly with his/her phone usage.
  • Formal communications are still required in critical processes, and Mida Fax Server is often used in order to track such communication with formal send/receive a receipt.
  • Emergency Medical Service: Mida provides a vertical solution allowing doctors logging to the system from anywhere, hiding their personal numbers. Statistics, reporting, and recording of conversations permit the hospital to have full control also on calls happening outside of standard working times.
  • Specific IP Telephony app has been deployed in order to manage Public Announcement with the existing telephony infrastructure and implement broadcast of voice messages through the hospital (i.e call for doctor, alarms, announcements to patients)
