What is the Broadcast algorithm?

Broadcast is one of the automatic call distributor algorithms configurable in Mida Queue Manager. The algorithm will fundamentally forward the call to all available agents. All the extensions ring simultaneously and the call will be served by the first one to pick it up. Frequently this kind of algorithm is used by call centers when all operators have the same competencies and expertise.
