Giovanni will present at BCD20 the Mida Attendant Console for Teams, an Attendant Console that will not regret the advanced features that the sector enterprise is accustomed to having on traditional voice collaboration tools, such as camp-on, call-park, and pick-up selective call waiting.
Just the research of our team of engineers led us to be the first Company to provide UC solutions for Microsoft.
