What is the Ready/Not Ready option?

An important function available and configurable in Mida Attendant Console is the Ready/Not Ready option, which allows agents to decide their presence directly from the application. It means that they can easily change their status: when needed they can put themself as not available, and then turn the presence back on ready in a flash. It lets agents take short breaks avoiding they miss calls in the meantime without having to log off them from all the queues they are assigned to.

This functionality is very useful to reduce the rate of missing calls and, consequently, increase customer satisfaction.
