Playback Station
What is the Playback Station?
The Playback Station is the simple and useful user interface of Mida Recorder that can be accessed by only authorized users using any supported browser. Through this intuitive web interface operators can easily search and retrieve archived calls using all call tags/data fields associated with them.
The list of available recordings, resulting from a quick search (please refer to the Google-like searching definition to know more), is displayed with the following call details (if provided by the network):
- Call participants
- Date and time of the call
If available, additional searching parameters might be used, based on advanced call metadata. A flexible and extensible set of custom tag data fields is provided and can be easily adapted to the specific scope.
From the paginated list, the user can identify the desired call and, clicking on it, start downloading locally the recording file to store it in a portable storage unit or listen to it using the embedded audio player.
