Mida Queue Manager

Mida Queue Manager is a Welcome and Automatic Call Distribution  (ACD) system. It is used for the management of  the incoming calls, and can be integrated with Mida Operator Console in order to manage incoming and outgoing calls by means of an application console.
It’is useful in VoIP infrastructures in order allow local management for different sites, with a centralized and optimized architecture and management with low infrastructural and economic impact.

Main Features

With Mida Queue Manager each queue may have its customized messages, working hours, timeouts, agents, overflows, voice messages and system parameters. This allows local management for different sites, with a centralized and optimized architecture and management. Run-time statistics and Reports are available, in a WEB interface or with advanced Reporting (Crystal Report Engine).

Mida Queue Manager may be integrated with Mida Operator Console, to manage incoming and outgoing calls by means of an application console, and with Mida Supervisor Console, to monitor the queueing service.
