Mida OperatorConsole is the WEB Attendant Console from Mida Solutions.
It allows receptionists to handle multiple calls at the same time, using a simple and integrated view of presence status, directory, list of calls, memos, speed dials and much more.
The Attendant Console from Mida is fully WEB based (HTML5) and it is designed also for visually impaired and blind operators. The solution can be installed on premises or in hosted environments (UCaaS) because it supports also multi-tenancy.

Main Features

The Attendant Console from Mida can be used as a soft-phone mode (desktop PC sobstitutes the physical phone) or it can run in desk-phone mode (the application controls remotely a real desk phone).
