- The combination of Audiocodes SBCs flexibility and Mida’s solutions customization level allows a simple and smooth configuration phase
- Audiocodes SBCs adopts the SIPREC standard for calls recording: our recording solution - Mida Recorder - has been tested with Audiocode’s SIPRec implementation and can immediately connect and record conversations, including all metadata made available by the SBC
- Direct connection between SIP telephones and the SBC thanks to Audiocodes embedded SIP Registrar function. Standard SIP telephones and Mida Attendant Console can be used by agents to handle calls managed by our Mida C3 Cloud Contact Center, with no need of deploying other external SIP servers
- Available both version for Service Providers and Enterprises
- Audiocodes SBC can be installed both as a physical piece of equipment at the customer premises and as a VM on a cloud datacenter. The same applies to Mida C3 Cloud Contact Center: therefore, a full on-Prem or cloud deployment is possible, as well as a hybrid one. As an example, both Audiocodes SBC and Mida C3 are available from Microsoft Azure Marketplace and can run on Azure as virtual components.
