What do we mean by the Break-out option?

The break-out is an option that can be used by callers to be transferred to a different queue. It is included in Mida Queue Manager system.

Basically, it is the possibility to get out of the queue and being dealt with differently, by dialing a DTMF code. When a customer dials the Breakout Code, the call can be hang up or it can be transferred to a different number.

This option can be used by a call center to give priority either to a certain audience, or some VIP customers.
