Support and Maintenance are available for all Mida Solutions Products.

Maintenance Agreement options for 1, 3 and 5 years are available in our Price List.

First Year Maintenance Agreement is mandatory; it is not mandatory for the following years, but all Maintenance Services will be provided only in case of regular Maintenance Contract in place.

Support Services we may give our partners are:

  • Advanced Maintenance Agreement (Corrective Maintenance), providing email and telephone support, for troubleshooting issues. This service enables to receive Service Pack when available. VPN connection is required in case of remote support

  • Professional Services: on site support with an expert Mida Solutions technician

  • Trainings, for our partners, in order to enable them to perform installation, customer trainings and first level support

  • Yearly Software Contract (Evolutive Maintenance), including Minor Software Updates, second level remote support (VPN is required) for installation and activation, installed Mida Products remote status monitoring


Of course, based on customer needs, we are open to analyze specific requests.

Mida Solutions provide Maintenance Services to registered Distributors; end customers are usually not directly supported. In case you are end user, please refer to your reseller for any question.

Mida Certification Program is a program Mida developed for registered Distributors, in order to enable their technicians to make installation and first level support, and to deliver Mida Products trainings to their customers.

Our trainers have excellent field experience and strong telecommunications knowledge.

The training will be issued on the complete Mida Suite, and will usually consist in three sessions:

  • Mida i-Suite installation and configuration training
  • “Hands On” session, with typical Mida Suite configurations, troubleshooting, and first level debug
  • Final Test

The certification is issued at the end of each course and is valid for one year.

Mida Certification Program is open to registered Distributors and Resellers.
