The Remote Presence Manager is the solution to automatically manage presence/absence inside the company, due to different reasons such as illness and vacation. The application may be integrated within the company information system.

This solution allows managers to immediately be notified when workers will not be present at work, so enabling them to fast rearrange their teams.
In the same time Human Resources Office will be notifies of such absences, so that they can manage storing of necessary information and communicate them to the right people.

Mida OpenIVR Solutions may create the difference, so improving company efficiency and customer satisfaction Just a few examples on how Mida OpenIVR Solutions may help Public Administration institutions:

  • Solution for Automatic Bill Availability Notification. Every month the system calls all company customers, giving the message that the monthly bill is available. The system asks for confirmation, and gives all information needed to get the bill and to pay it. Call records are stored in a Data Base, so being available for future consultations, for example in case of not paid bills.

  • Solution for Bill Amount Notification. This is an information system: any company customer may call the system, and ask for his Bill. After an authentication phase, during which the contract ID and other secure parameters are asked to the customer in order to allow him to enter the service, the system gets the needed information from the Company Billing Data Base, and then notifies the customer with the information heÕs looking for. Advanced Text To Speech technology is used in this service in order to deliver speech generation capabilities.
