Mida ConferenceBox is the Mida solution for integrated Audio Conference Services in VoIP networks.
The very easy to use WEB based user interface allows easy configuration of new conferences, by defining users, schedule, phone numbers, and messages.

Mida Directory

MidaXMLServer is an enabling component that allows the delivery of XML services for Cisco IP Phones.

Mida Directory is part of the MidaXMLServer, and delivers integrated Directory Management Services on Cisco IP Phones.
It enables the company directory to be available on the phone display, where searching functionalities may be performed both by name and by company.
Once the number is available, the phone call may be done in a very fast and easy way, by clicking one key on the phone keyboard.

Mida AlwaysOn

MidaAlwaysOn is a vertical application for workforce availability, moreover delivering voice IVR service to end customers.

Once a customer calls the system, he is authenticated requiring a specific PIN (that is entered via DTMF), that is used to verify matching with existing maintenance contracts and support profiles. In case the customer has a valid SLA in place, the system goes on dealing with him. In case not, the system closes the communication with a configurable message.
System manages automatically all escalations to scheduled staff using all available media , sending notifications via e-mail (problem voice recording attached), SMS (optional) or using outgoing call to notify the incoming request to technicians.

Mida Message System is part of the MidaXMLServer, and delivers Message System Services on Cisco IP Phones.

This XML Application is used for internal communications; usually the communication is initiated by a supervisor/administrator, by pushing text contents and sound alarms towards single or group phones.
Examples may be call for meetings, urgent information, alarms notification, .. so making this Service very useful in several different business areas.

Mida OperatorConsole allows simple and efficient management of incoming and outcoming calls, providing on the Operator PC all needed information and keys.

Standard Operator Console activities are managed, such as call answer, fast transfer, pause, outgoing call, hang-up, email forward, and can be performed with a simple click.
Thanks to CTI information and Company Directories integration all needed information are available on the screen, for example the phone numbers list where efficient search operations are allowed.

MidaPhoneLock is part of XML and CTI application package, and allows to emulate keyboard lock on Cisco™ phones, since this feature is not available from the vendor directly.

It can be used in order to preserve privacy accomplish to security policies, so that no one can access your private call history (both incoming and dialed), and use your phone with no required authorization. It is used generally by employees during breaks or meetings, or after working hours, before leaving the office. It can be configured via phone display or WEB interface and associated to single devices depending on your needs.

Mida QueueManager

Mida QueueManager is the Mida application for Automated Attendant, Call Parking, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Routing of incoming phone calls.

It allows forwarding the incoming calls to one or more extensions (operators or queue agents or different company sites), managing the waiting time in a flexible manner, with customizable behavior and voice prompts.

Each queue may have its customized messages, working hours, timeouts, agents, overflows, voice messages and system parameters.
Run-time statistics and Reports are available, in a WEB interface or with advanced Reporting (Crystal Report Engine).

Mida Sentinel is one of the Application of the powerful Mida Suite, which delivers two different functionalities:
  • MidaEasyNumber, to manage short number on-line replacement, with easy configuration interface and flexible algorithms.  LCR (Least Cost Routing) functionalities are available too, which route phone calls on the least costly path, by managing advanced and customized routing algorithms.

Mida VoiceCast

Mida VoiceCast enables Streaming Audio Multicast functionalities, in order to deliver announcements, important messages, internal communications or alarms to a group of phones in the same time.
It can manage for example that one of the phone belonging to the “VoiceCastEnabled” phone group (usually high level management) starts a call to another (or to the same) group of phones, in order to make a “one to many” communication, in a push-to-talk way.
Examples may be the company End of Year Message from the President or an important communication from the General Manager to his staff.
The system is able to allow questions from attendees too, that have to be performed in a controlled way, according to the Supervisor instructions.

MidaXMLServer is an enabling component that allows the delivery of XML services for Cisco IP Phones.

Mida WhoIs is part of the MidaXMLServer, which allows caller identification on Cisco IP Phones.
This solution is fully integrated with MidaDirectory, which manages integrated Directories in the IP Phones.

This XML service enables the visualization on the IP Phone display of all information related to the caller (name, company, phone number,..).
The system is able to monitor the the IP phones status, where the service is enabled, by interfacing via TAPI the PBX.
Once there is an incoming call, the system gets first the phone number and then all the information that are linked to that phone number (in the available directory).

Mida Voice WFM is the Mida solution for remote Work Force Management in VoIP networks.
Mida Voice WFM implements the Remote Presence Manager, for automatically managing workers presence/absence inside the company, due to different reasons such as illness and vacation. The application may be integrated within the company information system.

This solution allows managers to immediately be notified when workers will not be present at work, so enabling them to fast rearrange their teams.
In the same time Human Resources Office will be notifies of such absences, so that they can manage storing of necessary information and communicate them to the right people.
