Mida OperatorConsole is the WEB Attendant Console from Mida Solutions.

It allows receptionists to handle multiple calls at the same time, using a simple and integrated view of presence status, directory, list of calls, memos, speed dials and much more. The Attendant Console from Mida is fully WEB based (HTML5) and it is designed also for visually impaired and blind operators. The solution can be installed on premises (CUCM, BE6K, BE7K) or in hosted environments (HCS) because it supports also multi-tenancy.
